The Waldbühne in Berlin is the largest openair stage in the city. It is located next to the Olympic Stadium at the Olympiapark Berlin.
This stage was opened to the public in 1936 and can seat over 22.000 people.
Over the years the stage is used for a variety of events, including
boxing matches, film showings and classical and rock concerts.
In 1982, a canopy costing €200,000 was erected over the stage, providing both a visual and an acoustic barrier.
This will be the first time for Rammstein that they will do a show at this stage.
But other artists like the Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Queen, U2 and Metallica have played here before.
